Scan Tool — End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Yeptech (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Scan Tool application and any related services (collectively, the “Application”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

This Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.

1. License

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the “Usage Rules”). You may not distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Application except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Scope of License

The license is limited to the non-transferable use of the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control and is subject to the Usage Rules. You may not make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• The Application may offer an auto-renewable subscription and/or in-app purchases that unlock premium features (such as removing the export watermark).
• The price and subscription period are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price disclosed to you.
• After purchase, you can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the corresponding subscription, where applicable.

4. In-App Credits

In-app credits are a promotional, virtual item. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. Credits may be used only inside the Application to redeem membership time according to the then-current rules. We may modify or discontinue credit features at our reasonable discretion.

5. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application. For support, contact us at [email protected].
